Is it safe to use Monte GTR?
Yes, Monte GTR is completely safe. The Monte chip does not overwrite the ECU software, eliminating any risk of overloading engine components. All tuning is handled by the device using three dedicated CPUs, and the vehicle-specific software is tailored for your car. Each map we create is tested both on the road and on a dyno before being uploaded to our server. Our products do not interfere with other electronic systems, such as dashboard displays or safety features.
My car is not on the list, how do I program it?
If your car is not in our database, please let us know, and we will create the tuning settings for your vehicle. The process typically takes about 2 business days, and the catalog will be updated automatically.
Can Monte Chip be transferred to another vehicle?
Yes, the Monte Chip can be transferred to another vehicle, as long as the software is supported in our database and your car brand is compatible with our tuning solution. There are no limitations on the number of vehicles you can install the Monte Chip on.
How many car parameters can Monte GTR display?
Monte GTR can display up to 130 different car parameters. The exact number of available gauges may vary depending on your vehicle’s ECU type.
Can Monte GTR function without a PC?
Yes, the Monte GTR functions perfectly without needing a PC; you’ll only need one for occasional software updates or to change vehicle settings. Just remember to specify your car when purchasing.
